Webinar 4: Presenting amicus curiae + intervener briefs before African human rights mechanisms
On Monday, August 31 at 8 am (San José) | 10 am (Washington, DC) | 5pm (Arusha), the Pan African Lawyers Union and Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights will host the fourth session in a four part series on the protection of civic space through strategic litigation. Interregional collaboration often takes the form of amicus curiae or intervener briefs that provide the Court with information that will help it in its analysis of the matter at hand. This webinar will discuss the nuts and bolts of submitting briefs and, using the Inter-American system as an example, the value of a comparative perspective on civic space issues.

This session will be available in English, Spanish, and French.
